My Tarot App End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and the My Tarot App and governs the use of this application made available through Apple's App Store and Google's Google Play. By installing the Meu Tarot App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and understand that there is no tolerance for objectionable content. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to use the Meu Tarot App.
To ensure that My Tarot App provides the best possible experience for everyone, we strongly enforce a policy of non-tolerance of objectionable content. If you see inappropriate content, use the "Report as offensive" feature found on each post.
1. Parties This Agreement is between you and My Tarot App only and not Apple, Inc. ("Apple") and Google LLC. ("Google"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries and Google and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement and Apple has the right to enforce this Agreement against you. My Tarot App, and not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
2. The My Tarot App for privacy may collect and use information about the use of the My Tarot App, including certain types of information about and about the device. Meu Tarot App can use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not identify you personally, to measure the use and performance of the App.
3. My Limited License My Tarot App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the My Tarot App for your personal and non-commercial purposes. You can only use the My Tarot App on Apple and Google devices that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store and Google Play Terms of Service.
4. Age restrictions By using the Meu Tarot App, you represent and warrant that (a) you are 17 years of age or older and agree to be bound by this Agreement; (B) if you are under 17 years of age, you have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian; And (c) the use of Meu Tarot App does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your access to the My Tarot App may terminate without notice if My Tarot App believes, in its sole discretion, that you are under 17 and have not obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you provide your consent to your child's use of the My Tarot App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement with respect to your child's use of the App.
5. Objectionable content policy The content cannot be submitted to the Meu Tarot App, which will moderate all content and, ultimately, decide whether or not to publish a presentation to the extent that such content includes, is in conjunction with, or next to, Objectionable content. Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to: (i) sexually explicit materials; (Ii) obscene, defamatory, defamatory, libelous, violent and / or illegal content or profanity; (Iii) content that infringes the rights of third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other personal or property rights, or that is misleading or fraudulent; (Iv) content that promotes the use or sale of illegal or regulated substances, tobacco products, ammunition and / or firearms; And (v) games of chance,
6. My Tarot App Warranty disclaims all warranties on the My Tarot App to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent that there is any warranty under the law that cannot be refused, My Tarot App, and not Apple or Google, will be solely responsible for such warranty.
7. Maintenance and Support My Tarot App provides minimal maintenance or support for it, but not to the extent that any maintenance or support is required by applicable law, My Tarot App, not Apple, or Google, will be required to provide any maintenance or support .
8. My Product Tarot App, and not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims by you relating to or using my Tarot App, including, but not limited to: (i) any liability claims of product; (Ii) any claim that My Tarot App does not comply with any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; And (iii) any claim arising from consumer protection or similar legislation. Nothing in this Agreement will be construed as an admission that you may have such claims.
9. Third party intellectual property claims Meu Tarot will not be obliged to indemnify or defend you against any third party claim arising out of or related to the App. To the extent that My Tarot App is required to provide indemnification by law applicable, the My Tarot App, and not Apple or Google, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and settlement of any claim that the App App or its use violates any third party Intellectual Property Right.
10. My Tarot App is not responsible for the results of readings, or for acts committed by users of the application. Our content only contains generic definitions of Tarot cards and other Decks, in which they are developed based on studies of the art.
