To do this, simply download the "Meu Tarot" app on the new device and click "If you are already a subscriber, click here to restore purchase" on the subscriptions screen.
However, if you're switching between different platforms (e.g., from Android to iOS or vice-versa), the subscription cannot be transferred because it is managed by the app store (Google Play or App Store). In this case, you will need to cancel the previous subscription and create a new one on the app store corresponding to your new device.
